D’Arcy Ladret

D’Arcy is the Co-founder of BellaChow Pet Nutrition and a food technologist and CPG expert with over 25 years of experience in R&D and product development. As a consultant, he has worked with numerous CPG clients, including Smart Sweets, Benjamin’s Bites, Melinda’s Biscotti, The Healthy Crunch, and Halo Top Ice Cream. During his time as a professional chef from 1997 to 2012, D’Arcy’s creations were featured on the covers of Los Angeles Magazine, EAT Magazine, and Art Culinaire, and enjoyed by many satisfied customers, including notable figures like Patti LaBelle and Anthony Bourdain.

Peter Zambri

Peter is the Co-founder of BellaChow Pet Nutrition and a chef who co-owns Zambri’s in Victoria, Canada. Having worked in kitchens since he was 17, Peter has developed a passion for the art and science of running a restaurant, dedicating himself to training and inspiring others in the industry. Zambri’s has been a popular staple in Victoria for over 25 years, largely due to Peter’s strong work ethic, willingness to take risks, and passion for the restaurant business. Peter is also in the British Columbia Restaurant Hall of Fame and cherishes that he is now devoting more time to feeding people’s best friend.
